• We only use first-party cookies: they are set by ai-porn.io itself and only sent back to ai-porn.io.
• They are either strictly necessary for the site to work (the 18+ confirmation, your free generations, staying signed in, security during sign-in) or they remember a choice you made (content preference, light mode).
• No advertising, analytics, social-media or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts on our pages.
• We count visits ourselves, anonymously and without any cookie: no IP address is kept and nobody can be followed from one day to the next.
• Because of this, the law does not require us to ask for your consent. The bar at the bottom of the page only informs you: pressing OK hides it.

Audience measurement without cookies

To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, ai-porn.io counts page views itself. This measurement uses no cookie, stores nothing in your browser and involves no third-party service.

For each page view our server records the page, the time and, for the first page of your visit, the site you came from (for example a search engine), the type of device, browser and system, the browser language and the country. The country is a two-letter code, estimated from your browser language or from your IP address at the time of the request; the IP address itself is never stored.

To count unique visitors without following anyone, your IP address and browser type are turned into a one-way code mixed with a secret key that changes every day: the same visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next, and the code cannot be turned back into an IP address. Robots and the site's staff are not counted.

These figures are only used as aggregated statistics (totals per day, per page, per country…) to run and improve the site. They are not shared, sold or combined with any other data. Page views are deleted after 13 months; only daily totals are kept, for up to 25 months.

Because it sets no cookie and only produces anonymous statistics needed to run the site, this measurement is treated like the strictly necessary items above and does not need your consent: the bar at the bottom of the page stays a simple notice.

Third parties

Pictures and videos may be delivered by our content delivery network (Bunny.net), which keeps copies of public files close to you. It receives the technical information any server needs to send a file (your IP address and browser type). We do not ask it to set any cookie.

If you choose to sign in with Google or X, you are taken to their website, which uses its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Nothing from Google or X is loaded on our pages before you click.

The site's fonts are served by our own server. We use no advertising networks, third-party analytics tools, social-media plugins or embedded players.

How to control cookies

You can see and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and block them for ai-porn.io.

If you delete or block them, the site keeps working but forgets you: the 18+ screen is shown again, you are signed out, and pictures made without an account may be lost if you never signed in.

Changes

We update this page whenever the site starts or stops using a cookie. If we ever want to use cookies that are not strictly necessary (for example for advertising or a third-party analytics tool), we will ask for your consent first, with a way to refuse that is as easy as accepting, and nothing of the kind will load before you agree.
