All visual content on ai-porn.io is entirely computer-generated by artificial intelligence. No photograph, film or video of a real person is used to create it, and no real person, performer or model appears in it. There are therefore no actual human beings whose age and identity records could be kept, and the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply.

Users cannot upload images. Every image is created from a text prompt only.

Fictional adults only

Every character depicted on ai-porn.io is a fictional adult aged 18 or older. Any content that depicts, suggests or could reasonably be perceived as depicting a person under 18 is strictly forbidden, in every style, whatever age is claimed.

• Every prompt passes through an automated filter that blocks references to minors, and the generation engine adds its own adult-age checks.
• Drawn, anime and 3D styles are always generated with an adult-character marker.
• Every image shared publicly is approved by a human moderator before anyone else can see it.
• Any image that appears to depict a person under 18 is removed as soon as we become aware of it, the account is suspended, and the case may be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

Depictions of real or identifiable people are equally forbidden.
