Terms of Service

1. Adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and if viewing and creating such material is legal where you are.

Before anything is shown, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. We record the time of that confirmation. Do not let minors use your device or account to access the Service. If we believe a user is under 18, we close the account and delete its content.

2. What the Service is

ai-porn.io is a text-to-image generator. You describe a scene with a prompt and options; an AI model creates a new image. Every image is entirely computer-generated, and every character is a fictional adult aged 18 or older. No real person is depicted.

You cannot upload photos or other images. The Service is not meant to, and may not be used to, depict or imitate any real person.

3. Guests, accounts and limits

You can try the Service without an account for a limited number of free generations. These are tracked with an anonymous cookie on your device. After that, a free account is needed to keep generating.

Accounts are created by signing in with Google or X (Twitter). You are responsible for everything done through your account and must keep access to it secure. One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared.

Generations are subject to daily limits per account and per visitor. We may change the number of free generations, the limits, and the features offered at any time. If paid features are introduced, they will come with their own terms, shown before any payment.

4. Acceptable use

The following content is strictly forbidden. You must not create, attempt to create, request, share or promote it, in any style (realistic, anime, 3D, drawn or otherwise) and whatever age or story is claimed:

• Anyone under 18, or any character who looks, is described as, or is presented as under 18: including references to children, "teens", school settings or uniforms, childlike bodies or behaviour, or ages under 18. This rule has no exceptions.
• Real or identifiable people: celebrities, public figures, influencers, private individuals, ex-partners, colleagues or anyone else, including lookalikes, deepfakes, and names or social-media handles of real people.
• Non-consensual scenes: rape, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, abduction, or anyone asleep, unconscious, drugged, intoxicated or hypnotised.
• Incest or family-relationship scenes, including step-family.
• Bestiality or animals in a sexual context.
• Extreme violence, gore, torture, mutilation, death or snuff content.
• Any other content that is illegal where you are or where the operator is established, including content that promotes terrorism, hatred or violence against people.

You must also not:

• try to get around our filters, for example with misspellings, spacing, leetspeak, code words, other languages or ages that imply a minor;
• present a generated image as a real photograph, or as depicting a real person;
• use generated images to harass, defame, deceive or blackmail anyone;
• scrape, automate or overload the Service, probe its security, or resell access to it;
• create new accounts after being banned.

5. Your prompts and your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you write, the options you choose and what you do with the images you generate. Our filters are a safety net, not a guarantee: a prompt that passes the filter is not automatically allowed, and you must still follow these Terms and the law.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Every prompt is checked by an automated filter before anything is generated, including prompts built by the random button, theme cards and "Make it better". The generation engine runs its own safety checks on top of that. Blocked attempts are logged with the rule they triggered and a short excerpt of the prompt.

Human moderators review every image shared to the public feed before it becomes visible, and review every report. We may, at our discretion and without notice, refuse or stop a generation, remove any content, suspend or ban an account, and keep the information needed to act on a breach.

Repeated attempts to generate content involving minors lead to automatic suspension of the account pending human review. Attempts to create sexual content involving minors, and other serious illegal content, may be reported to the competent authorities, including NCMEC and law enforcement.

7. Private generations and public sharing

Your generations are private by default: other users cannot see them. Authorised staff may access them when needed for moderation, safety, support or legal reasons.

You can choose to share an image to the public "Popular" feed. A moderator reviews it first; once approved, anyone can see the image, its prompt and, if your settings allow it, your username. Other users can like it, save it and reuse its prompt to create their own image. You can make a shared image private again at any time. We may refuse to publish, or remove, any image without giving a reason.

8. Ownership and licence

As between you and us, and to the extent the law grants any rights in AI-generated images, you hold the rights in the images you generate, subject to these Terms. Depending on the country, AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright at all, and the model may produce similar images for other users. You may use your images for any lawful purpose that respects these Terms.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display your prompts and images as needed to run the Service. For images you share publicly, this includes displaying them, with their prompt, on the feed and other pages of the Service until you make them private or they are removed, plus the short time needed to clear caches.

The Service itself (its name, design, code and texts) belongs to us and may not be copied without permission. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA page.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generations can fail, be slow, or not match your prompt. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in your country, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, profits or reputation, or for how you or others use generated images. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for claims and costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or from your prompts and use of generated images.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at the contact address published on this page once available. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or if we must do so by law. Sections 5, 8, 10 and 13 continue to apply after your account is closed.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will give notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of ai-porn.io is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts of that same country of establishment, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
