DMCA and Copyright Policy

Last updated:

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and similar laws, including the EU Digital Services Act.

1. Sending a takedown notice

If you believe content on ai-porn.io infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to our designated agent to the copyright contact address published on this page once available. The notice must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if there are several);
  • identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to find it, ideally the link to each image;
  • your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

Content that depicts a real person, or that may depict a minor, does not need a copyright claim: report it directly with the Report button, and it is handled first.

2. What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material, inform the user who shared it where we can, and keep a record of the notice.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the copyright contact address published on this page once available. It must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the operator may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they inform us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days. Content that breaks our Terms for other reasons is not restored.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. An account that is the subject of repeated valid notices may be suspended or closed without further warning.

Operator and contact

The operator's full legal details (legal name, postal address and contact e-mail) will be published in this section. Until then, use the Report button on any image for anything urgent about content on the site.
